Who is Signature Havens?

Can I choose my own travel dates?

Absolutely, you can choose whatever dates you require – even school holidays and other high season dates- without supplement charges. Although it is advisable to give plenty of notice is you choice includes a busy period.
Our resort availability is extremely oversubscribed over the Christmas and New Year periods, so please put your request in as early as possible.

What is an ‘Open Week’?

If you don’t want to miss out on our promotional offers an ideal option is to book your week as an ‘Open Week’- particularly if you don’t have exact travel dates in mind.
Quite simply you reserve and pay for your week at a special price and ask for the ‘Open Week’ option, you then tell us the dates you wish to travel and confirm your holiday.

Can I add additional travellers?

Unit size varies by resort. We therefore have two different packages to suit either couples of families. The standard package accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children under 16 in either a Studio apartment or a 1 bedroom apartment. Our family package accommodates larger families in a 2 bedroom unit which would sleep up to 6 people.

How does Signature Havens provide such great savings?

Signature Havens is an independent marketing company and we are not affiliated to RCI or II. We deal directly with the resorts themselves. Therefore we cut out any extra costs and pass on the savings to you.
Upon your arrival at your resort, you will be assigned a Personal Representative who will advise you of how to get the most out of your holiday both on the resort itself and in the local area. During your stay, at a convenient time, your Personal Representative will give you a guided tour of your resort with no obligation to purchase anything.

Can I book an extra week to extend my holiday?

Some resorts allow guests to purchase an additional week. However, as this week will be charged at the normal Rack Rate of the hotel, your Customer Service Agent will advise you the cost of a 2nd week reservation if required.

What happens after I have booked my week?

You will receive an email confirmation of your booking immediately following your reservation being made and your payment being processed. Postal confirmation can also be arranged if required.
